Class 2 remember

Today class 2 visited the war memorial in Bretherton. It was an opportunity to pay our respects to all those who lost their lives in the war. We looked at the messages and wreaths left at the memorial and talked about those from the Bretherton community who were listed on the memorial. We had each made a poppy which we placed nearby and then bowed our heads for a 2 minute silence. If you get chance please go down to look at the poppies the children have made.
