Class 4 are designing, making, and evaluating a savoury seasonal pastry for a celebration picnic. We have already mastered filo quiche and samosas. Tomorrow we will move onto puff pastry and make sausage rolls, cheese and Brie rolls and we will evaluate what we know so far.
