Yoga Class 2

Today, Danielle came in to teach us some yoga. We learnt how to relax our minds so we can sleep better at night time by thinking of something happy and playing relaxing music. We also learn how to hold a tree pose which taught us to concentrate and not be distracted by others around us. We will take this into our learning in class. Finally, we learnt how get rid of any of our cross emotions.
