Class 1 Design and Technology - Fruit kebabs

Year 1 are learning all about preparing fruit in Design & Technology. We used safety knives to master our cutting technique with a variety of fruits. Pupils designed their own kebab on paper last week and today made their designs a reality! It was easy to alter designs if they decided to try something new or liked the look and smell of our delicious fruit options! We talked about how design is a process, with original plans changing where necessary. Enjoy your treats Year 1, you've earned them!
