Class 4 Chefs

In the culmination of their design and technology project this week, class 4 cooked and served a meal for 10 valued guests.
Having carefully researched food ingredients, food miles and sustainability they selected their dishes to create their menu.
Vegetable kebabs drizzled in garlic infused oil.
Flower Tacos with spiced quern and chickpeas.

They showcased their newly formed culinary and food hygiene skills, from chopping and preparation, through to cooking and onto serving and washing up. We are very proud of them and the meal they cooked was delicious.
