Class 4 DT Food Hygiene and Cutting Skills

This week Class 4 have been learning all about food hygiene and practising their cutting skills. This is in preparation for delivering a 3 course meal to a number of school volunteers and associates after half-term. They have designed a menu and are all looking forward to spending the day working as chefs in the kitchen!
