Doctor visit

In our history we have been learning about Florence Nightingale. We wanted to compare what it was like to be a nurse or doctor in Florence's time compared to what it is like being a doctor or nurse now. We were so lucky to have a visit from Dr Pilkington, one of our parents. She talked to the children about her role as a doctor and what equipment she had. We were allowed to use the special equipment and we bandaged ourselves up. Thank you to Dr Pilkington for her time and showing us what it is like to be a doctor.
