Year 5 Cricket competition

On Tuesday our team took part in possibly the hottest day of cricket we have ever experienced!!

14 schools came together at Brinscall to compete for the Chorley Yr5 title. 

All the children playing were fantastic ambassadors for their schools, we had fun competing, making friends and working as a team. 

At Bretherton we ask for and expect the highest levels of behaviour, but I could not have asked for anymore from our team, exemplary.

Our hard work saw us take home the title in a hard fought final with our worthy opponents Lancaster Lane.

Huge Thankyou to Mr Wilson for supporting and umpiring on the day and the parents and grandparents who came to watch.

We will represent Chorley at the Lancashire games on Tuesday,
